Private Residential Area - A

Villas are allowed to be built in it, and residential apartments are not allowed, as indicated by the approved classification maps

• Built Up Area: Not more than 180% from the total plot area

• Multiple units: The area of the property is not less than 600 square meters, and the unit area is not less than 300 square meters
  

• Crypt construction is permitted

Bouncing Back:

• Front : 3 metres

• Back & Side : 2 metres

RB

Private Residential Area - B

In private residence areas (B), villas and apartments are allowed to be built according to the approved classification maps

• Built Up Area: Not more than 180% from the total plot area

• Multiple units: The area of the property is not less than 600 square meters, and the unit area is not less than 300 square meters
  

• Crypt construction is permitted

Bouncing Back:

• Front : 3 metres

• Back & Side : 2 metres

Garden Residential Area

Villas are allowed to be built in garden residence areas, but residential apartments are not allowed, according to the approved classification maps

• Built Up Area: Not more than 70% from the total plot area

• Crypt construction is permitted

Bouncing Back:

• Front : 5 metres

• Back & Side : 3 metres

AG

Agricultural land

In these areas, all agricultural and recreational activities are allowed, as well as green houses and nurseries.

Also, private housing units, apartment complexes and farmer accommodation are also allowed in these areas.

The total construction ratio of housing units should not exceed 30% of the total land area, while the proportion of farmers' housing should not exceed 5%, while animal pens and stables should not exceed 10%.

As for the height, the heights of the housing units should not exceed two floors, while the height of the farmers’ housing, pump rooms, warehouses, offices and guards’ room should not exceed 4 meters.
