In these areas, all agricultural and recreational activities are allowed, as well as green houses and nurseries.
Also, private housing units, apartment complexes and farmer accommodation are also allowed in these areas.
The total construction ratio of housing units should not exceed 30% of the total land area, while the proportion of farmers' housing should not exceed 5%, while animal pens and stables should not exceed 10%.
As for the height, the heights of the housing units should not exceed two floors, while the height of the farmers’ housing, pump rooms, warehouses, offices and guards’ room should not exceed 4 meters.
